The SOS website is way behind the media count. But it shows one of the first counties to start reporting was Fayette County (Lexington) so if that is correct, and most of these results are from Fayette County, the remaining half of the vote should be good for Barr.
I would say McGrath has the lead by virtue of Fayette County. I’ll be shocked if neighboring suburban counties such as Scott , Madison and Nicholas trend blue. It won’t be a complete surprise if this district goes blue. Democrat Ben Chandler won a couple of terms there not too long back
