A lecturer at the State University of New York at New Paltz was caught on video stealing Republican yard signs in New York.
Laura Ebert, who is an economics lecturer, has been charged with misdemeanor larceny for stealing signs endorsing Rep. John Faso (R., N.Y.) for Congress and Marc Molinaro, the GOP gubernatorial candidate in New York.
Video shows Ebert pulling up to a woman's front yard, getting out, and putting the political signs in her pickup truck.

TYPICAL DEMOCRAT!!! My MIL didn’t steal any Republican signs, but she used to take them down until I told her that was against the LAW!! It was in Boca Raton, so it might NOT have been against the law!

A few elections ago there was a doctor in my area that was caught taking signs down. She was arrested, charged and convicted of a crime. I have not heard of her doing it again.
The definition of professor: someone who goes to school and never leaves.
Actually, she drove ONTO the yard.
I’ve had dozens of Faso signs stolen here in NY19. Nice to see someone get her due.

Lets face it our kids are NOT classified as dreamers! Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) she is employed by a public entity and/or interacted with others in a “pattern” of racketeering activity, and injured voters by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.
Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

I now smear axial grease on the back of my signs, after having two McCain signs stolen in ‘08.
“Not only should she be charged with “petit larcency”, but also “criminal trespass” on the neighbor’s lawn (and possible damage to it), but also with “destruction of private property”.
From the pictures on her Facebook page, unless she drops a few pounds she should also be charged with cruelty to horses.
