So much attention has been focused on the assumption that Brett Kavanaugh will provide a bulwark against insanity such as this, that people seem to have forgotten that Roberts is compromised. I believe he’ll be the one to step into Kennedy’s role as the “swing” vote on many critical issues. We have to have at least one more constitution honoring justice.
I am tired of hearing this B.S. that Roberts is “compromised”. It is nonsense from start to finish.
