There definitely is an epidemic growing in this country. The question is, how do you deal with it effectively? We've been fighting a war on drugs for decades and it's just getting worse. As long as there is a demand, the traffickers will find a way to get the crap into this country..........

The war on drugs is a war on supply and demand, and is failing as it's doomed to do by those very terms. Whatever the answer is, it isn't more of what hasn't worked and can't work.
