A new synthetic opiate called fentanyl is responsible for much of this carnage. One of the deadliest drugs to ever plague our streets, just 2 milligrams of fentanyl can kill a grown man... No one held these "victims" down and forced the needle into their arms. They made a CHOICE to use drugs. Choices have consequences. They have chosen (and will continue to choose) badly.
Executing dealers, from street level to kingpin would help immensely.

They made a CHOICE to use drugs. I neglected to mention I don't include those hooked by their medical professionals, who could also be executed as far as I am concerned.
