It’s a bit premature to say the least.

They are not US citizens and are not on US soil.

They are in Mexico illegally and hundreds of miles from the US border.

They haven’t been wronged in any way by president Trump or the USA.

And they currently have no constitutional rights.

NO USA Constitutional rights.

They do have the rights of their own country’s Constitution-—if that even exists.
