Scalise backs him.
Come kicking at that aholes!
The courts are not the final arbiter of what is constitutional. IOW, we don’t want it to go there. Besides, I’m not sure gorsuch or kavanuagh would come up with the correct decision.
This little Eddie Munster look-alike UniParty hack cannot be gone soon enough.
GOPe = RAT = UniParty = Deep State = Fake Americans
The Courts will read the letter of the Law and it’s intent.
Play ball!
I really like it when all Pres Trump has to do is mention something, ANYTHING, and it sets off the press.
LOL
“This is true for a birth from legal residents of the United States (Under jurisdiction). “
Legal residents are not ‘under the jurisdiction’ because they’re foreign nationals owing allegiance to their home countries.
So, under the 14th amendment, children born to foreign nationals, whether here legally or illegally, are not U.S. citizens
lolol...Since when?
“Ryans comments Tuesday offered a rare challenge to the president from his own party.”

“and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”
Is a baby freshly born in America subject to the jurisdiction ...?
Why wouldn’t the baby be? Why would it be?
Seems to me it’s undefined.
Ryan is douche.

HeY Ryan, you ahole, explain to me how an illegal that cross a border is “Subject to the United States”? They are a “SUBJECT” of the Country they come from, Not America.
Ryan is/was/and will always be a statist/establishment cuckboy. Of course an executive order will do the trick, but honestly that even that is not necessary. The Law describes itself perfectly, and needs no further embellishment.
Reminds me of Squidbert Wiener.
Oh, Paul Ryan proving he’s still alive? How cute. Still playing checkers, Paul?
For those who believe everyone born here is automatically a citizen, can they explain why the children of diplomats aren’t given citizenship?

The executive and legislative branches of the U.S. government need to stop ceding their own implied powers to the judiciary. Yet this has been the pattern over the past 30 years. The constant reliance upon SCOTUS “decisions” to determine “authority” more properly residing within the powers of the legislative and executive branches themselves is causing tripartite authority to migrate away from where the founders intended it to reside, and concentrating it instead within the hands of nine appointed judges.
Correct.
