Kelly should take her 60 million windfall, invest it conservatively, live on 'only' $2.5 million a year, and eventually leave the left over $60 million principal to her grandchildren. I doubt that Newsmax could pay her $2.5 million a year.
I'll bet that even someone with her ego could manage comfortably on 'only' two and a half mil a year. You start by not paying a third of the windfall to lawyers. You follow up by not buying a $20 million mansion.
