Imho - What a crazy Trump supporter would have done to help Trump, is to deliver the fake bombs to Trump supporters. Then make them look like the left did it. And no I am not advocating that in any way shape or form. We win fairly people.

The Fake Bomber Cesar Altieri Sayoc presents himself as a Trump supporter. But when one asks the question “Cui bono?” (Who benefits?), his crimes have the Dims’ fingerprints all over them! We’ll have to see if and when someone finds the truth about this whole episode.
Meanwhile, I hope that this does not affect the Midterm results, as I believe they were designed to do!!
