No overt threats of violence, political or otherwise.
Obviously as crazy as a sh!t-house rat, but you still cannot put a man in jail for Trump stickers.
Maybe he didn’t own any firearms (they would have said so in reporting on the arrest) and wasn’t on THAT list, so he was tagged as “Not dangerous”.
But I’m pretty sure that anyone who encountered him knew he was nuts.
Mailing or attempting to mail ‘explosive devices’, inert or not, with obvious intent to ‘terrorize’, is a very serious offense and could/should land this guy in prison for a very long time.
