I don’t think they are real stamps.
More like those stickers you get in the fundraiser letters from veterans groups.
There is no denomination or “ forever” printed on the stamps.
And how did they arrange for all of them to be delivered the same day in multiple cities hundreds of miles apart.
Looks like multiple people were involved in different cities to get them delivered contemporaneously.
