Would not be surprised if the FBI was sending them, given their failed Coup d’etat of our President so as to garner some sympathy for the criminal CPUSA Progressive controlled DemoCommieRats.

Stamps not canceled, and probably insufficient postage so it is very likely that some or all of these were hand delivered or entered the mailstream in a sorting facility through an employee rather than passing through a post office.

Why is this image redacting the address when it's been plastered over CNN,MSNBC,FOX News etc. etc. all day long? Also why is the package sitting in the grass?

For starters, did the pipes contain explosives? Where the “timers” operative? Was there a source of sufficient electricity?

Yes, very ham-handed effort. I’m guessing it’s some lefty college student unfamiliar with the use of postage stamps, how the USPS operates and scans mail, and is too young to remember Road Runner and Coyote cartoons for reference.
