EMP - Disable their vehicles while they’re still well south of the border and continue to do so when other vehicles show up. Then we’ll see if they’re truly willing to walk all the way to the United States.
and when the old tech jalopy survivors show up in tijuana or ciudad juarez, confiscate them, drag them across the border, and give them to real americans for resto-mods.
