They cant be kept in a camp. Lawyers will have them out onto Main Street, USA in half an hour.The reason why they are released now is that there is no facility to hold them. That is the loop hole that needs to be closed. Lawyers can get them released becasue of that issue. If their is an internment camp for them to be held then that "catch and release" will not happen.
