The FED was supposed to be a vehicle to allow the growth of the money supply to keep up with economic growth as seen in the GDP.
Instead, create a law the allows the money supply to grow by the same % as the % increase in the GDP.
Doing all of the above would turn America into an economic powerhouse never before seen.
