TECUN UMAN, Guatemala — A standoff between thousands of Central American migrants trying to reach the United States and Mexican police stretched through the night with some migrants hanging from the closed border gate wailing "there are children here" while others slept on the crowded bridge linking Guatemala to Mexico.
But they were met Friday by a wall of police with riot shields on the Mexican side of the bridge. About 50 managed to push their way through before officers unleashed pepper spray and the rest retreated, joining the sea of humanity on the bridge.
Police and immigration agents began letting small groups of 10, 20 or 30 people through the gates if they wanted to apply for refugee status. Once they file a claim, they can go to a shelter to spend the night.
As night fell on the bridge, the migrants' frustration turned to despair as women clutching small children took up the rows in front of the gate pleading with the Mexican federal police. Some migrants yelled "We are hungry!" Others wailed that they had children while others set up tarps to prepare for the night sleeping on the increasingly dirty and befouled bridge.
A Mexican marine official with a loudspeaker approached the gate and told migrants they would be taken in trucks to "a humanitarian attention center" in Tapachula, a border city in the Mexican state of Chiapas. But the official did not say when this would happen.

What a bunch of crap. They are willingly being used. It is an act of gargantuan proportions. Trump did well keeping it in the Mexican’s hands forcing them to make it their problem.
I don’t see any children in the pictures nor many women. I see mostly able bodied young males. This farce is an orchestration to over run US with muslim like invaders in greater numbers than we have now.
Shoot them if they advance to our border.

Virtually every country in the world uses their military to guard and protect their borders.
America should do likewise.
Police can’t prevent invaders from coming into our country....that’s the job of the military, specifically, the Army and the Marines, along the California/Mexican border, the Arizona/Mexican border, the border of New Mexico and Mexico, and, in the case of Texas, either on the Texas side of the Rio Grande or five miles south of the Rio Grande, on the Mexican side of the river.
Specific order? Apprehend any crossing into the U.S. illegally, detain them, fingerprint them, photograph them, and send them back. The Border Patrol is spread too thin.
End birthright citizenship.
And build the damn wall!

It’s part of the plan. Make a show of despair for Human Rights Watch, or any of many other Leftist International Human Rights organizations, and their associates in the press. Make Guatemala, Mexico appear to be abusing them, BUT ULTIMATELY to make the United States President Trump the baddest guy in all the lands.

I do wish people would not call them immigrants or migrants or refugees. Call them what they are, INVADERS. This is an invading mob.

I’m sure there were not too veiled warnings. It takes a lot for the mesicans to have this spectacle confronted by them on their border. I just hope Trump used a stick with no carrots on it.

It was part of the trade deal. So this is a test to see how well they do.
The people who organized the march, provided cameramen and fed 4000 people for days of “marching”.
