It’s possible. Another group called the “Rochdale Grooming Gang” were stripped of UK citizenship and were facing deportation to Pakistan. Looks like the story ends August 8th. Only says “could be deported”, otherwise they got prison time. (3 Members, prison time of 6, 8, and 9 years.)
Those had been awarded British citizenship some time after arriving as immigrants, and in those circumstances citizenship can be cancelled. Most of these are born British.
