I disagree. I think if McConnell has the votes, which is quite possible after the midterms, we may see a real repeal. The problem is they’re probably going to chicken out on pre-existing conditions. Which means the replacement legislation probably won’t get us back to insurance that’s really insurance.

Can't the repeal with simple majority but to replace won't they need 60?

That’s a good point. Obamacare was passed through reconciliation so it’s a simple majority to repeal but the replacement would face a filibuster (since the Republicans wouldn’t have the chutzpah to pretend it’s a budget bill that can be passed through reconciliation). Unless they kept it in place as the ACA and gutted it and rebuilt it from within, in which case it would just be an alteration to the original bill and would avoid the filibuster. Or can they do that? I honestly don’t know.
