As long as whoever pays Avenatti continues and he has a law license he can continue to file. Even if these actions fail he is flinging scat at President Trump which is probably the intent of his backer/s.
I think Avenatti’s law license is in jeopardy. He is in trouble with a number of rulings & his practices with the law.
