Biden will be 77 in 2020. Anyone voting for Biden at the top of the ticket should look very closely at the Democrat VP candidate. Likely, should the ticket win, the VP will become POTUS during the first term.
If they run an old white male at the top of the ticket, they will need a VP candidate to appeal balance the ticket and appeal to key constituencies - people of color, millenials, and females. Kamala Harris anyone?
