The nuts are still covered in a thick husk that needs to be frozen to bust open to reveil the nut.
Texas and NewMexico pecans just went up in value. They will be $20.00/lb in the stores for Christmas.
That’s what I was thinking. I will have to go buy my pecans tomorrow before the prices rise.
