Also note that some of the weapons used by the British troops are anachronistic. They couldnt get enough Martini rifles, so a number of the troops in long shots are using Lee Enfield rifles with the magazines removed. Also, the commanding officer uses a Webley Mk VI revolver (a World War I model).
Minor nitpicks of a great film.
