Isn’t the antifa fascist nutball mob considered a terrorist group?

I think of them as Communist Militant Anarchists. Far closer to being a rabid animal than a human being. A true subhuman. Leftists are a devolving species. In another 50 years we may not be able to tell them apart from a Cro-Magnon.

But to answer your question, yes, I do think of them as domestic terrorists.
