Manchin was ALWAYS a YES FOLKS!
As long as the GOP had 50, he was always going to join them.
The key was the GOP needed to have 50.. as long as 50.. Manchin was going to come over, and i expect a few more will as well.
Manchin will be the only Dem yes vote and we’ll be lucky if he stays a yes.
