I don’t think so. He may not be Scalia though.

It may be a little likelier that he may wind up going full Thomas.

Is it true that the Kennedy demanded as a condition of his retirement that Kavanaugh be nominated as his replacement?

Looks like he already has.
The DEMS are total MORONS; if they had 1 working brain cell amongst them, they would have held for on Kavanaugh and saved it for the CONSERVATIVE nominee.

I’ve never been too thrilled with BK, but I think he’ll be fine. But now it’s about principle and playing defense against the Rats. We must win on the Kavanaugh seating on SCOTUS. If the Rats win, it’s the beginning of the end.

I heard Savage tantruming about Kavanaugh today. So, he might turn out to be a good SCOTUS Justice after all.

With the vitriol that Judge Kavanaugh is faceing, he might not go full Kemmedu, but instead, get rid of Roe v Wade. He probably wasn't going to do that before, but the viciousness against him might have radicalized him as it did to many other Republicans.
