Where am I suppose to find this number?
You don't unless you bought a whole side of beef. Just checked a package of beef ribs that thawing for dinner and there isn't a USDA number anywhere on it.
It's a mystery to me...
The number should be encoded on the label, close to the date, may be part of another number there. I don’t know why they said inside USDA sticker because that is not on each package.
