Where is this coming from? This is not coming from the FBI, obviously. Some media outlets started this Sunday saying the FBI would conclude their investigation monday morning and they have been at it ever since. I will believe it when it comes from the FBI.

Senate Republican Conference Chairman John Thune said the report is due this afternoon after a private lunch with Republican senators. McConnell told the leadership at that lunchtime meeting.
