YES!!!! I love liverwurst/braunschweiger too! A simple sandwich with a little mayo and a LOT OF MUSTARD and VOILA, AWESOME.
I've loved liver since I was a little kid. Who can dislike a steaklike dinner with no bones in it to deal with? Liver with bacon and onions is among my top dinner choices!

I don’t know about other people who hate liver, but though it smells wonderful cooking, every time I’ve tried to eat it, it makes a metallic taste in my mouth, just like I used to experience when I’d get old fashioned silver fillings, when the dentist would scrape off the excess, and some would land on my tongue.
I have eaten liverwurst spread made with cream cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and it doesn’t give me that sensation, though.
