The lawyers made sure she escaped to a bathroom on that floor, which is illogical. Anyone in this state she claims to be in, in a panic, would have run downstairs as fast as she could, once the “drunken boys” were on the floor... If she had, others would have seen it.. So to support her lie, she has to have remained in the bathroom until it was safe to leave, quietly slipping out, without saying anything to anyone or even telling her girlfriend, “Hey we better get out of her Brett & Mark are drunk and just tried to take my clothes off.”

What about the bathroom door being closed and locked. How did she know they where pin-balling off the wall as there went down the stairs. Was the wall damaged.
