The assumption is that Flake, Murkowski, and Collins will stay on the reservation after the FBI submits its findings.
I have serious doubts that will be the case.
If they voted to advance the motion to the floor vote, it would be very difficult for them to vote no, unless the investigation finds something.
I don't believe it will.
