“Maybe it was the 80 year old marriage psychotherapist with the same degrees she has and whose address is the same as hers told her....Oh, yeah, theres an 80 year old PhD of Psychology living at the Fords.”
WHAT?! Source, please!
Sorry - no idea how that posted three times...
I’m of the opinion that while they represented her in some sense of the word, she was not their client, and they did not seek to represent her interests.
The discussion of the 80 year old begins in the last half of this thread.

Pretty poise! Pretty poise!
Seriously, thanks for the link.
The false information that kept being provided to the Committee about her not being able to fly as a reason for one delay after another because she would have to drive should also be investigated.
Most welcome and glad you like it. That ‘pretty poise’ talk really got me too! I can’t remember who posted it first her on FR. But I grabbed it right up and want as many to see it as can. It is so nice to be able to confirm what my gut tells me. That this woman is lying her behind off and knows she is.
She couldn’t remember virtually anything about an alleged incident 36 years ago, nor anything from 2 months ago, 1 month ago, or even the week before.
That question at the end really highlights how well that counselor was doing to undercut her credibility. That is a question someone with her education would have known, and it was a question that was just thrown in there like a flattering question she was then not able to answer that she most certainly should have been completely familiar with. She did things like that several times. The attorney’s purpose was to expose that in a kindly, matronly way rather than pin her down and back her into a corner - which would have played right into the Democrats hands - that she was a helpless victim being bullied and “sexually assaulted all over again by the Republicans.” The Democrats did not get that.
And in part of her testimony she referred to media reports and said they were wrong in “calling it a party - it was a gathering” - so apparently she was watching media coverage of this.
You are only partly correct. The attorneys and the Dems did not want her interviewed one on one with a staff investigator for 1-2-3 hours where follow-up questions could be asked to flesh out details and where other investigative leads could be developed. They needed there to be the five minute questioning in the hearing because if there was an oops moment the Dems could rehabilitate her during their time, also they could venomously object to any question that could possibly expose a lie, making such a raucous scene, as they did in the actual 3 day hearing, that the witness would break down in tears and need to take a break, never again to return.
Now that you mention it, I recall her saying that too. Good catch.
Great quote. Still pi$$es me off to this day.
Nothing more dangerous then a women holding a baby in her arms.
Big grin on my face.
How's that saying go? (By George Carlin, the late comedian )
The three BIGGEST LIES:
No.#:-1. Black is beautiful.
No.#:-2. The check is in the mail.
No.#:-3. I won't ejaculate (Carlin used a different word) in your mouth.
AND NOW A 4TH can be added:
The FBI had RESPECT!
Ditto that. One possibility for the recent memory loss, is there probably wasn't much of a memory to lose. It is likely most of her arrangements were made by someone else. She didn't even know who was paying her lawyers. The lawyers had to jump in and say they were doing it pro bono. PhD means (pampered hourly daily)
It just might be that in their cynical aggressive attack on Kavanaugh, the DemocRATS have hit the tar baby. Might be tough to get away from this one.
"They were talking downstairs" becomes "they must have been because that's what I thought they were doing".
It really showed how her story is just whatever she thinks should have happened. Or wants to have happened.
Yes it is in the video, though not the point we are making. That she is creating a story.
Thanks
