If this is a background investigation and Ford indicates a relationship with the subject, the FBI must interview Chistine Ford. They must repro the truthfulness of her claims. At least that is how every other BI is done.
If the FBI interviews her, she is required to tell the
truth or face significant penalty. This will get
interesting.
