Honestly, I don’t believe for a second that any of the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh could be true. I don’t know how I could be “wrong”. So the only thing I can say is I don’t know everything and sometimes I am wrong. That’s the best answer I can give you.
Now, we need fifty votes in the Senate for confirmation, and the one-week limited scope supplemental BI is a done deal as of now. It’s going to happen, nothing we can do about it. And the best posture for when the week is over is to say “we gave the FBI a week and even they cannot substantiate these false allegations”. With that, we have the best chance of getting 50+ Senators and Justice Kavanaugh seated.
If our phony FBI writes a rotten, lie filled report, there isn't a damned thing anyone can or shall do about it. And THAT is the ONLY way that you could be "wrong".
If the FBI plays straight and they write a report with the same statements that all of those Ford named, have already given, then the Dems WILL come up with something else.
Just WHAT the holdouts will do, in the second case scenario, nobody can even guess at, right now.
If/when Kavanaugh gets confirmed and sworn in, the Dems HAVE, very clearly stated that they WILL start impeachment proceedings against him. They do that if he isn't confirmed, too; or so they say.
And even though there are posters on this site, who claim that they won't vote for ANY GOPer in November, or stay home, they are imbeciles, who would rather have a DEM majority in both Houses, whom we all KNOW will immediately try to impeach Trump, then Pence and we'll wind up with Nancy Pelosi or whatever Dem becomes the Leader the House, as president! All because they are ignorant, stupid, and don't understand anything at all.
So, no matter what happens, we ALL need to help get out the vote, this November and give Trump bigger majorities in both Houses!
