Pence only votes if there is a tie.

The math is simple.

There are 51 GOP Senators and 49 Rats.

Flake, MooCowSki and Collins = 3.

51-3 = 48

These congress hold outs are so stupid how come they do not see that this is a stall tactic a trap if you will.

I guess this is what happens when people in charge have no integrity they can be bought and sold so cheaply. Really sad.

Yup. Mitch can afford to lose only one vote. Swing GOP Senators have a lot of power precisely because no Dem will vote for Kavanaugh.

Its political blackmail but nothing to be done about it.
