Move it out of judiciary. Better to take our chances on the floor than agree to this nefarious delaying tactic.

Work on Manchin. If the rinos want to vote against him, so be it. Flake is gone, but the other 2 airheads will be guaranteed a primary, or they wont bother to run, like Flake. Even with long terms, people wont forget this one. Maybe Trump will go up to ME for a campaign visit.

Its out of Judiciary, that’s why this doesn’t make any sense.. the vote happened and judiciary voted to recommend 11-10...

So, any call for delay is not related to the judiciary vote... at all.. This is a STALL attempt for the floor vote.. which makes me simply say this...

In my mind now, this is about 1 or more cases the USSC is hearing this term.. because a vote tommorrow puts him on the court to hear all cases.. but a week delay means Kavanaugh will not be part of whatever cases are heard before he’s confirmed...

SO, WHAT CASES ARE BEING HEARD BY THE USSC THIS TERM?

I have personally wondered about this for a while, because McConnell has been adamant about Kavanaugh being on the court before the term started... even though the closer to election this chaos (and it was ALWAYS going to be chaos) happened the better the GOP would do...

So, what are the cases on the Docket for the USSC??? There is one or more that clearly both the parties thing are vital to either have him for, or make sure he isn’t there for....

At least that;s my read...
