Flake can ask for whatever he wants, but the vote to recommend Kavanaugh is now done... Floor vote is next....

So, at this point this sounds like a stall attempt by Dems... but I don’t think they are stalling because they think they can stop the nomination... sounds to me more like they want to keep Kavanaugh from being seated in time for the start of term.. which means there are 1 or more cases they want to make sure Kavanaugh cannot be part of... because he can’t vote on causes heard before he is seated.

So, what are the cases on the USSC docket this term?
