How the “F” would anyone be sure if BK “passed out” or simply fell asleep @ 3 a.m., unless he could not be roused at all? Heck, I drank VERY little at parties (ever), as I was afraid of getting a DUI going home. But I fell asleep at more than one!
Without a police report or hospital admission stating he had officially blacked out, it did not happen. No HS student or college friend has the medical creds to declare some one else is ‘blacked-out.’
If they claim that you have. Well then....exact date... time... place... what treatment did you prescribe?... Oh you didn’t?..... so you just left them there to die?.... choke on their puke.... heat exhaustion.... freeze to death... drown... get mugged? ... depressed breathing-not wake up?
