No. Grassley just got Flake to move the nomination to the floor without giving the Dems a single thing. The Democrats thought they had some kind of amendment or concession, but they didn’t get anything.

Sure hope you’re right. This works only if McConnell knows he has the votes (unlike Grassley earlier today). But your point is well-made ... whether anything comes of another “FBI investigation” the longer the Democrat/Left pleads with weak Republicans (as they just did with Flake) or gets something on them, the worse the chances for success are.

The media, Dems, Soros, Hillary, Obama will be very busy this weekend to prevent that from, happening saying the Senators didn’t understand what they just now voted on....Feinstein already said she didn’t understand what she was voting for.
This is not going to end monday or next week. Other delays will be presented.
If they proceed with an FBI investigation over the next week, they should not publicize it.
