This is all mumbo-jumbo inside baseball stuff. FBI doesn’t have a time machine, which is why they declined the first time. Kavanaugh will be on the Supreme Court. But as POTUS said, “there may be delays”.
So the FBI will decline again.. or should! Then what do the Democrats do?
