“Uhhm, someone might want to tell Flake that the Judiciary committee can’t “order” the full Senate to delay anything. Once they advance it to the floor, it’s totally out of their hands. Grassley just might have pulled a quick one on Flake to get him to advance the nomination to the floor.”

This sounds plausible. Hope it will be so.

The problem with that may be a lack of 50 votes unless the Democrats are allowed to run the show as the minority. As usual.

Republicans demonstrate they are useless once again if they allow this.

The committee is just a formality. They don’t need it. Justice Thomas, for one, was confirmed without it.

Better be that way or random women will be filing charges on Flake and all the rest.

” Flake locked me inside a tanning coffin and climbed in with me.” The proof is my orange skin that is so burnt it’s getting flakey.” bwahhh.
