Didn’t Booker say he’d not vote? Manchin if he votes NO stands a good chance of no being re-elected in a Red State.
Manchin is done if he votes no.. he would probably be the most likely of the red state Dems to survive the fall... may not either way, but if he votes against Kavanaugh he’s done and he is smart enough to know it.
