He’s a YES.

This morning, as the committee was about to go into session, Flake announced his support on the basis of affirming the norms of due process. “What I do know,” Flake declared, “is that our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence. … I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”

So in other words, Ford’s lies were not convincing enough to give Flakey Flake cover so he has to vote YES.

Look for the NeverTrump bastard Flake to say after careful consideration of everything he can’t cast a vote until there’s an FBI investigation into the allegations against Kavanaugh. He hates Trump with a passion.
