I suspect so. She was likely simply carrying out her assigned mission within the constraints she was given.
Anyhow, whether her actions were inadvertent or advertent, we somehow came away with a victory.

She made 2 good points that I saw.She asked Ford if anyone came forward to say they drove her home.I think she asked if anyone from the party came forward to say they were there.I’m glad she was soft and there are no sound bites of the Republicans grilling Ford and she was a smart choice.When the Judge spoke and she kept up with the pointless questions they fired her on the spot which was funny.:)Where did she go.I bet Trump called and said let her go and then release the Kraken’s which is what happened.
