Very well summarized. He is clearing out the cumulative damages from nearly a century of communist-infested admininstrations and intelligentsia, from Wilson to FDR to ClintonBushObama. If we win Congress again this fall, he can start to get the most hotly contested things done. As it is, he has done miracles in a very methodical way that completely flies over the heads of the haters.
Miracles?
(1) Trump's FY2019 budget deficit is higher than Obama’s FY2018 budget deficit - in spite of record tax collections, low unemployment, and high economic growth.
(2) Immigration - Trump's border policy was “Catch and Release” from January 2017 to May 2018 - just like Obama. The only reason Trump has pretended to stop “Catch and Release” is because news leaked out that the “Caravan Refugees” were not being detained.
(3) H-1B visas dropped slightly, but that has been completely wiped out by a surge OPT work visas. And most of Trump's “cancelled” immigration programs - TPS and the Diversity Lottery - don't go into effect for years.
(4) Cleaning out the Swamp? LOL. Trump appointed three Obama Generals to be his Chief of Staff, Secretary of Defense, and DNI. Trump appointed an Obama U.S. Attorney to be Deputy Attorney General. Trump retained Obama’s FBI Director. When Trump fired Comey, he then interviewed another Obama FBI Director, Robert Mueller, to replace Comey.
(5) Trump failed to defend EPA Director Scott Pruitt, who was the only consequential Conservative in the Trump Administration. Trump then promoted a fake Conservative who promptly revoked three of Pruitt's EPA initiatives.
I can go on and on....
I will repeat my earlier question - If Conservatives do not hold Trump's feet to the political fire, who will?
