I wonder if Kavanaugh’s TV interview with McCallum was a case of him sandbagging the Rats. He acted all “robotic” (some say) and low-key. The Rats expected him to be that way today, and it turned out he came out loaded for bear. Just a thought.
He was expressing the hurt he felt in the interview with Martha.. At the hearing he unleashed his justified anger at the people who tried to destroy him.
