Correct, because based on what we know, they don’t have enough to get a search warrant. Judge Turley on Tucker’s show said the evidence would not meet the standard for a civil court to try the case (i.e.preponderance of evidence). This is why they said FBI investigate, which they can do anytime. If they were serious, they would ask the Maryland local PD to investigate and they would say kick rocks.
