We can only lose one of Collins/Murkowski/Flake. I think we’ll lose 2 of them unless we delay for a FBI investigation. that would be a 49-51 defeat.

Agreed, we can only lose one. Gotta have Manchin (R-WV), and he is razor close to being tied by the Republican opponent in WV, so he will surely vote for Kavanaugh.

We have Manchin. We also have Donnelly. Heitkamp is going to vote with the rats because she will lose the female vote if she votes for Kavanaugh. I also think we will get every Republican to vote for Kavanaugh.
