Personally I thought the prosecutor Mitchell that the Republicans hired was ineffective. She could have stayed home. I think Kavanaugh saved his own nomination with his opening statement and testimony.

She did exactly what she needed to do. Maybe it wasn’t the plan, but ultimately, her presence prevented the GOP from making fools of themselves with Ford as the Dems are doing right now with Kavanaugh.

Rachel certainly didn’t hit any homeruns but she took up time in between partisan diatribes. She added a little bit when it came to the facts and after Lindsey went off she has basically been a non-factor.

Maybe that envelope passed to that attorney by Sheila Jackson Lee was a payoff to that Mitchell woman to go after Brett.

She was worse then ineffective. She was hostile to Brett, clearly biased toward Blasey.

It might have seemed like a good idea to see if she could impeach Blasey, but she aided, prompted and abetted Blasey.
