I wish Kav would just say, “I wish you would have discreetly conducted an investigation in July when the charges were made. Interviews and sworn statements clearing my name would have been collected and my life wouldn’t have been ruined”

They are going to keep hammering him on the FBI, he’s starting to look like he’s dodging it.
They can still do the FBI investigation even after he is confirmed. This is a stall tactic in the hopes that they stall Kav, retake the Senate and then stop another Trump nominee and hope that when new Senate takes over in January 2019, they can hold the seat open for 2 years.
I wish Kav would just say “hey it’s your investigation if you want the FBI that’s your call”
