Your cat is aware of the name by which you have chosen to address her, she simply doesn’t care.
My cat only cares about her name when I got something she wants, or she wants to eat (usually the same), or the litter box is full.
Being an omnivore, I like to be particularly nice to her when I’m eating plants, so she wastes all her butt-kissing for nothing! I offer, for example, lettuce, and she falls for it every time.
